Shipping We currently ship within Egypt only. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery within Cairo: 2–4 business days. Delivery outside Cairo: 3–7 business days. Free shipping on orders above [1000] EGP.

Returns & Refunds All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Exchanges We only accept exchanges in the case of a defective or damaged product. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange an exchange.
